Job summary

Manufacturing Company in Cavite is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on a 6-day work schedule with onsite setup. Salary ranges from Php 30,000 to 35,000 gross monthly, plus benefits.

The role requires leadership to manage manpower and ensure product quality across shifts. Training and interviews will be conducted onsite in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 2 years of manpower handling and team supervision experience preferred.
• 5 years of molding processes experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in production machinery, assembly tools, and factory equipment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager to oversee daily operations across all production shifts.
• Monitor production output and analyze data to identify productivity improvements.
• Monitor machines and coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running at full capacity.
• Plan, allocate, and schedule manpower to meet production needs and maximize efficiency.
• Inspect final goods and raw materials to ensure adherence to tight specifications.
