Job summary

Lionheart Farms Philippine Corp in Rizal, Palawan is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production lines, coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards across all shifts.

You will monitor performance, address issues, and drive improvements to reduce waste and downtime, sustaining reliable output and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data and generate production reports.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to relocate to Rizal, Palawan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and technical activity of production lines.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics to meet production requirements.
• Provide first level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance deficiencies and document as required.
• Achieve target production plans and outputs.
• Commit to safety regarding equipment use.
• Ensure quality and products align with quality systems and procedures.
• Monitor, measure and report production-related process performance and issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plans for future growth.
• Maintain housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Ensure company resources are used efficiently to control costs.
• Maintain high level of timekeeping.
• Check standard operating procedures.
• Ensure production target plans are completed.
• Keep records and data traceable.
• Ensure machines and equipment are monitored to prevent hampers.
