Responsibilities include planning, coaching, and enforcing policies while coordinating with departments to meet production targets and improve efficiency.

• Provides production data by compiling and analyzing performance records.

• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and benchmarking practices.

1. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

2. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change
