Job summary

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in engineering or production management with at least five years in manufacturing, including supervisory experience, and proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
