Johnson Controls is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the unloading and loading of flatbeds, dry vans, and containers on site. You will maintain yard inventory records, optimize space, and ensure adherence to safety rules for crane and forklift operations.
Reporting to the Logistics supervisor, you will support shift rotations to meet production needs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least two years in shipping or a related area, and SAP knowledge.
What you will do: Supervise the unloading and loading of flatbeds, dry vans and containers in plant or yard and follow emergency instructions for moving and unloading finished goods on production lines as well as maintaining inventory records in the outside yard to optimize yard space.
