Job summary

Magestic Laguna plant is seeking a Production Operations Lead to plan, coordinate, and control production across offset, post-press and finishing processes.

The role ensures timely production reports and maintains equipment in good condition, driving safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, a professional license, and at least two years in production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Technical Field.
• Licensed Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or related discipline.
• Broad knowledge and experience in Production Operation.
• Trained in 5S, HACCP, GMP, Safety and Production Operations.
• At least two years related working experience.
