Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related supervisory experience, with strong skills in manpower management and material planning to optimize production flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process.
• Review and approve daily/weekly production loading plan.
• Manage and control production inventory.
• Ensure production compliance to procedures.
• Meet production KPIs (OTD, CVP, PMP, etc.).
• Drive production discipline and sustain KPIs.
• Train and coach subordinates.
• Provide support to manufacturing needs as needed.
• Instill manufacturing drive.
• Maintain production workplace 5S.
