The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (industrial or mechanical), demonstrates strong analytical and leadership abilities, and can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operations of the Production Department.
• Ensure machine efficiency and productivity of the entire Production Department.
• Accept job in marketing.
• Scheduling of job for the smooth operation at production.
• Assign jobs according to process.
• Ensure that all raw materials are available before job scheduling.
• Ensure the production schedule is being followed according to the job sequence.
• Monitoring of jobs.
• Monitoring production flow.
• Keep a record of job performance from superior from time to time.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
