Job summary

Nagatsu Seisakusho Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production & PPIC Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and inventory planning in Laguna. You will balance capacity, material availability, and PEZA compliance to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost control.

Responsible for leading PPIC and production teams, coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Compliance, and driving continuous improvement in molding and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of PEZA regulations and compliance.
• Ability to monitor machine utilization and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations to meet targets for quantity and quality.
• Plan and adjust MPS based on demand and capacity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor variances and report trends to identify inefficiencies.
