Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Production Planning Staff to oversee quality assurance in our manufacturing setup in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The role covers inspection of materials, processes, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications and customer requirements.

You will investigate defects, apply CAPA, and monitor quality data, aligning with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards to sustain top quality in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 1–3 years in QC/QA or QC Inspection in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of QC processes and inspection methods.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and product evaluations based on company specifications and customer requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems and applicable standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or QC Inspection, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and quality management systems
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality standards is an advantage .
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as the 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
