Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies in Laguna seeks a Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist (Initiatives Planner) to manage initiatives planning and project management for new products and LTOs across commissaries.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate critical-path schedules, ensure SAP/MRP/ERP readiness, and secure RM availability for timely launches in a hybrid setup at Canlubang.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 years Business Course; preferably Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in production planning and project coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel / ERP / MRP-MPS / SAP and other Microsoft applications.
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives planning and project management for new products, LTOs, reformulations.
• Coordinate project kick-off to launch with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement and more.
• Ensure timely execution of project timelines and escalation of barriers.
• Coordinate SAP set-ups, manufacturing docs, regulatory needs, and RM availability.
• Align remnants plan with Marketing and ensure disposal within 3 months after last run.

The Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist (Initiatives Planner) is responsible for overall initiatives planning and project management of Business units/Commissaries to be produced in JFC commissaries. Scope of work includes New products, Limited Time Offer (LTO), Reformulation, New Market, Expansion of existing product to other commissary

Job Description

• Leading the project from kick off to launch. Project work group composed of R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, Accounts Management (AM), Production and Category Material Planning, Manufacturing Excellence Team (MET), Site Logistics, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Engineering and others as needed by the project.
• Coordinating timely and quality execution of the activities in the project timeline (CPS – criticalpath schedule) to ensure launch timing is met. Works on options/acceleration opportunities with the team to mitigate risk on launch. Timely escalation of barriers to stakeholders for issueresolution.
• Coordinating capacity and risk assessments, trials, validation, endorsement, and commercial run.
• Coordinating and ensuring timely completion of SAP set-ups, manufacturing documents, regulatory requirements (as needed), and other requirements as deemed necessary by the project.
• Coordinating and ensuring RM availability. Secures all needed documents to enable material ordering and coordinates with Category Material Planner for supply planning and ordering execution.
• Timely endorsement/turn-over to Production Planner and Material Planner.
• Securing and aligning remnants plan to Marketing and ensures actual remnants are within the aligned budget. Ensures remnants are disposed no later than 3 months from the last run/usage of the item.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 years Business Course but preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• With at least 3 years experience in production planning in project management on product launch and heavy on coordination with different stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning) is a must.
• Must be knowledgable in Excel / ERP / MRP-MPS / SAP and other Microsoft application.
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.
