Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to build detailed production plans and schedules aligned with marketing and demand forecasts.

You will compute raw materials and packaging needs, ensuring buffers meet safety stock levels while supporting a smooth manufacturing flow. You will work closely with Warehouse and Logistics to monitor inventory, analyze ageing reports, and track corrective actions during Production Plan Alignment Meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.

What you'll be doing

• Compute raw material and packaging material requirements based on the production plan and in accordance with the established standard safety stock levels.
• Assist the Warehouse and Logistics team in evaluating inventory positions to ensure smooth, continuous, balanced, and effective production.
• Support in analyzing the ageing report, preparation of RFDs and monitor action plan during Production Plan Alignment Meeting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• At least one (1) year of experience in production planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.
