Hansa Aerospace India Private Limited is seeking a PPC Engineer to plan, schedule, and control manufacturing activities, optimizing resources while maintaining ERP data integrity. The role leads day-to-day scheduling, BOM/routing, order execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in PPC with exposure to composite manufacturing or drone assembly and ERPNext or SAP planning modules. On-site role in the Philippines with collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years pure PPC experience.
• Composite manufacturing, PCB & Harness, Drone manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience with ERPNext or SAP MRP/Planning modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PPC activities across teams to meet delivery milestones.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules and loading plans.
• Ensure ERP documentation hygiene for production plans and tracking.
• Coordinate with SCM for material availability and procurement status.
• Lead daily meetings and monthly operations reviews with action items.

Role summary

PPC Engineer will plan, schedule, and control manufacturing activities to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining data integrity in ERP. The role focuses on leading day‑to‑day production scheduling, BOM and routing, production order execution, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all PPC activities across the teams, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and lead internal planning to meet delivery milestones.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules/loading plans considering raw material availability, outsourced parts, delivery timelines, and line capacity.
• Ensure documentation hygiene across ERP, including production plans, work orders timelines, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with SCM for material availability, and procurement status, raise alerts for shortages.
• Lead daily sunrise meetings and monthly operations reviews; document and circulate meeting minutes and action items across teams.
• Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance and Warehouse to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and support for on‑time delivery.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across PPC operations, assist in ERP implementation activities as required.
• Responsible to control entire manufacturing process and lead the entire team to meet delivery timelines.

Key performance indicators

• Schedule Adherence - Alignment of actual vs planned.
• On‑Time Delivery (OTD) - Orders delivered by committed date.
• Inventory Efficiency - Focus on high Inventory Turnover and zero production halts due to material stockouts.
• Production Downtime - Total planned/unplanned downtime.

Qualifications and experience

• Education - B.Tech in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline with Minimum 60%
• Experience - 4–6 years purely in PPC, Good to have experience in composite manufacturing, PCB & Harness assembly & Drone Manufacturing.
• Software Proficiency – Hands‑on Experience in ERPNext or SAP (MRP/Planning modules).
