Production Planning and Scheduling

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels.


• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods.


• Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or material shortages.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

• Prepare and analyze material forecasts.


• Coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment of materials based on production schedules.

Logistics and Coordination

• Plan and manage the flow of materials from warehouse to production and from production to shipping.


• Handle export documentation, LCL coordination, and delivery scheduling.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records using Google Sheets or ERP systems.


• Generate daily and monthly PPIC reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.


• Collaborate with other departments for better coordination and workflow efficiency.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all PPIC processes comply with company standards and policies.


• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal tracking.
