Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or related functions.
• Experience in demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and order fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and QuickBooks.
• Willingness to be based in Cebu and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and stock requirements to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to anticipate customer demand, plan upcoming orders, and support timely deliveries.
• Track product aging and shelf life to minimize inventory waste and improve stock utilization.
• Analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and improve demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Use SAP, QuickBooks, and reporting tools to maintain accurate data, prepare reports, and support planning decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of SAP and knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills.
• Willingness to be based in Cebu and travel when required.

Nice to Have

• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of agriculture, aquaculture, or feed products.
• Understanding of product shelf life and inventory aging.
