Job summary

Advanced Energy, a global leader in precision power conversion, is seeking a Planner Analyst to drive efficient production through automation and data-driven improvements. You will establish baselines, align resources with demand, maintain quality, and optimize processes to boost efficiency and performance.

You will develop planning systems, collaborate across functions, and produce automated dashboards to support management reviews and safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, plus manufacturing planning tools.
• Understanding of PPC and supply chain management principles.
• Lean Manufacturing familiarity and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to utilize MRP systems and Office for planning and reporting.
• Capable of developing production, material, and capacity plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production planning systems through automation and digitalization.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Support cost-effective operations through data-driven planning solutions.
• Create production plans aligning demand with capacity for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with CSR, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
• Build automated reporting tools and dashboards for management reviews.
• Consolidate and summarize key operational data for decision making.
• Support safety reviews and promote hazard identification and improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to optimize capacity.
• Ensure production continuity and timely delivery to customers.
