Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Planner Analyst in the Philippines to drive efficient production operations through automation and data‑driven improvements. You will establish baselines, align resources with demand, maintain quality, and optimize manufacturing processes for better efficiency and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering, 2+ years’ experience, and strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP familiarity (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, and manufacturing planning tools.
Understanding of PPC and supply chain management principles.
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies familiarity.
Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Ability to develop and execute production, material, and capacity plans to meet customer demand.
Problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance production planning systems through automation and digitalization.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
Support efficient and cost‑effective production operations through data‑driven planning.
Develop production plans that align demand with capacity to ensure on‑time delivery.
Coordinate with CSR, Operations, Production and Supply Chain to mitigate delivery risks.
Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards for management reviews.
Communicate planning, delivery, and performance updates to leadership.
Promote safety practices and participate in hazard identification and improvements.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to optimise capacity and material readiness.
