Job summary

Changhong Technology PHL Corporation is seeking a production planner in Batangas, Philippines. The role involves crafting daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and capacity, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely work orders.

You will monitor progress, analyze capacity and utilization, manage materials, and prepare reports while supporting continuous improvement in production planning and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in production planning/PMC-related work in the injection molding industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing regarding material availability.
• Ensure timely issuance of production plans and work orders.
• Analyze production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare production reports, shortage reports, and schedule monitoring updates.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding production priorities and delivery schedules.
• Assist in minimizing production delays and material shortages.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to production planning and efficiency.
