Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will follow SOPs, operate pumps, mixers, and fillers, and ensure accurate SAP documentation for batch and material numbers.

The role requires the ability to handle heavy materials, compliance with GMP/HACCP, and basic Excel skills. We offer structured training, health insurance, and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or Diploma is accepted.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory at Executive/Senior levels; general knowledge is required.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate compounding of materials by strictly following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across production areas in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Operate production equipment such as pumps, mixers, and fillers.
• Handle material movement, including 25 kg bags and 200 kg drums.
• Maintain accurate SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records.
