Job summary

MPC MEDICPRO CORP. is seeking a Production Planner/Director level candidate to lead daily production operations in Antipolo. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and monitoring efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep knowledge of production processes, and hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and GMP environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality control and inventory management is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality, and productivity, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel.
• Monitor the availability of raw materials and production resources.
• Prepare production reports and analyze production performance.
• Implement corrective actions to address production issues and minimize downtime.
