Role
Key responsibilities include production and repairs administrative support, warehouse and shipping administrative support, reporting administration, leadership and people activities, health, safety and environment compliance, and risk and compliance management.
Production and Repairs Administrative Support
- Creation of manufacturing and repair work orders.
- Completion and processing of completed work orders.
- Maintenance of training records and matrix.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and job‑cost tracking in line with company procedures.
- Administration of new product introduction.

Warehouse and Shipping Administrative Support
- Creation of commercial invoices for freight movement.
