Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Production Planning and/or Material Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials, WIP, and supplies.
• Ensure timely preparation, approval, and delivery of materials and supplies.
• Analyze inventory positions, reorder points, safety stock, and lead times.
• Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts.
• Oversee proper inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Ensure process drawings and tooling preparations are complete and ready on time.
• Generate production reports, job orders, and job tickets accurately and promptly.
• Comply with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
• Perform other related tasks to support production operations.
