Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw and packaging materials for production planning.
• Track production progress and update schedules as needed.
• Prepare production planning reports and maintain accurate planning records.
