The role requires close collaboration with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to ensure smooth scheduling, material readiness, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning and material management.
• Ability to translate demand into feasible production schedules.
• Strong collaboration with procurement, logistics, QA, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand.
• Monitor production execution and adjust plans for capacity and material availability.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials meet schedules and lead times.
• Maintain accurate planning data and generate reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
