Santino Metal Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.

This full-time, on-site role will drive our production targets and uphold high quality standards. You will lead production teams, plan, schedule and optimize processes, and collaborate with supply chain and quality control to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
