Job summary

Mobler Enterprises is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production and fabrication operations, specifically in stone, granite, and marble. You will drive efficient workflows, ensure quality workmanship, meet project timelines, and optimize manpower and resources at our Carmona facility.

Will coordinate with the Officer-in-Charge, accounting, and HR heads to align budgets, materials, and schedules, while maintaining safety standards and continuous process improvements

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our daily production and fabrication operations, particularly in Stone, Granite, Marble, and other related materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality workmanship, timely project completion, effective manpower utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production and fabrication activities involving Stone, Granite, Marble, and other related materials.

• Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and project priorities to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Monitor production performance, workflow, productivity, and quality of output.

• Ensure all fabrication work meets required project specifications, quality standards, dimensions, and company expectations.

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and finishing quality across all production activities.

• Identify production issues, bottlenecks, material defects, and delays and implement appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate closely with the Production Team in Carmona regarding project requirements, production schedules, and fabrication strategies.

• Monitor manpower, raw materials, stone slabs, equipment, tools, and other resources to ensure efficient production operations.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of stone, granite, marble, and other materials to minimize damage and material wastage.

• Coordinate with the Officer-in-Charge, Accounting Head, and HR Head regarding additional manpower, budget, materials, and other resources needed for projects.

• Prepare and present production reports, performance updates, project status, and operational concerns to Management.

• Attend Operations Meetings and provide updates and recommendations regarding production activities.

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and availability of production machinery and equipment.

• Implement process improvements and cost-reduction measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and material utilization.

• Monitor and control production waste and ensure proper utilization of materials.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

• Work closely with the Safety Officer to maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.

• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.

• Work Location: Blk. 9 Lot 9, 5th St., Golden Mille Business Park, Brgy. Maduya, Carmona, Cavite.
