Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the labeling line in Taguig City. You will operate the labeling machine at production speed with consistency and ensure labels are properly applied and finished to standard specs.

The role requires 1–2 years of technical vocational training and ideally 2 years of hands-on experience with labeling, packaging, or automated production equipment in food manufacturing or FMCG. Willingness to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 1-2 years Technical-Vocational course.
• Preferably 2 years of experience operating labeling, packaging, or automated production equipment in a food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

What you'll be doing

This position is responsible in operating the labeling machine at production speed with consistency. This role is also responsible in ensuring proper, neat and complete labeling of products in conformance to standard specifications.

• Operate the labeling machine at required efficiencies.
• Check and monitor operating temperature of pick-up glue and even application of lap paste and pick-up glue to ensure that labels are properly glued.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance activities of the labeling machine.
• Assists in machine troubleshooting in case of breakdown.
