Job summary

Conveying and Packaging Co., Inc. is seeking dedicated Operators/Technicians to support production at Nutri-Asia Inc., Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machinery, setting parameters, coding/marking, and ensuring batch/date accuracy. Ideal candidates hold at least a Senior High School/Tech/Voc background, are willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, and have attention to detail with a production environment mindset.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to procedures.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet output and quality standards.
• Perform product coding, marking, labeling, and identification tasks.
• Verify the accuracy and legibility of printed information (batch numbers, dates).
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure products meet quality specs.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

We are currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Operators / Technicians to support our operations at Nutri-Asia Inc., Cabuyao, Laguna and help ensure efficient, high-quality production processes.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Set-up and adjust machine parameters to achieve required production output and qualty standards
• Perform product coding, marking, labeling, and identification activities using installed printing and marking systems
• Verify the accuracy and legibility of printed information, including batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications
• Monitor machine performance and promptly report equipment issues, malfunctions, and abnormalities
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School or Tech/Voc Graduate
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and production environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Preferably with previous experience in Machine Operations and other related roles
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiarity with automated production equipment, coding systems, labeling systems, or quality inspection processes is a plus
