Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs and GMP compliance in labeling.
• Attach labels accurately on filled bottles per PMI/FG specs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the labeling area.
• Conduct quality checks for correct product, label, and placement.
• Report issues to Production Supervisors promptly.
• Support 5S implementation and housekeeping in the area.

Job Summary:

The Production Labeler performs a function which is responsible for manual labeling attached to filled bottles according to packaging of a variety of produce. He/she must make sure that his area of responsibility remains safe and in accordance to 5S protocol and compliance to GMP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance to SOP’s and GMP.

• Ensure safety and productivity of his/her assigned area

• Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours

• To adhere label(s) on filled bottles manually according to Finished Goods (FG) specifications and Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI).

• Ensure that labels are properly place on filled bottles and that product label information conformed to specification.

• Marks or tags identification on finish goods products for product traceability. Delivers quality output on time.

• Performs quality checks at required intervals throughout shift (correct product, label, label application etc.)

• Perform visual inspection of product to meet certain specification

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in his/her area of responsibility.

• Observe company rules and regulations.

• Report and informs the Production Supervisors on problems encountered during the operation.

• Maintain product quality standards by adhering to company process and safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol

• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas

• Accountable in providing and helping build the Company by strengthening our culture of shared ownership and bayanihan.

• Performs any and all other tasks and functions that may be assigned from time to time by his/her superior.

Qualifications:

• ***MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• At least High School/Vocational Graduate

• ***MINIMUM JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: With at least 2 years work experience gained in Pharma or Food company

• In-depth understanding of the work flow and demand

• Basic understanding of computers

• Good oral and written communications

• Basic Math skills
