Job summary

Qualifications

At least a vocational/technical certificate in a related field.
Experience in inventory/production/operations.
Knowledge in construction materials is a PLUS.
Knowledge in electronic components is a PLUS.
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and to multitask.
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized.
Willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Reporting of production progress
Monitor production timeline and progress
Monitor QA testings
Monitor and preparation of materials & tools requests
Verification of goods, inventory and documents
Daily, Weekly, Monthly documentation and reporting
Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
Help maintain supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors
Other tasks assigned from time to time
Any other concerns pertaining to production department
