Denso Philippines Corporation is seeking a Production Engineer to support our manufacturing operations through process improvement, new product development, machine evaluation, and product optimization.
Responsibilities include developing NPD schedules, designing process flows and layouts, creating machine specifications, testing equipment, and leading installation and corrective actions to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- BS Electronics Engineering or related course required.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing interpretation.
- MS Office Applications proficient.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and investigating machine, process, and product defects.
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing documents.
- Knowledge of basic machine automation will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

About the Job
Reporting to the PE Team Leader, the Production Engineer we seek shall support our manufacturing operations through process improvement, new product development, machine evaluation, and product optimization.
- Develop and maintain New Product Development Schedule
- Prepare production line concepts and process flow designs
- Create machine specifications based on operational requirements
- Evaluate, test, and validate new machine and equipment
- Prepare machine layouts and oversee installation activities
- Conduct investigations and implement countermeasures for machine and production line issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or any related course
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing interpretation
- MS Office Application proficient
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety standards, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in troubleshooting and investigating machine, process, and product defects
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing documents
- Knowledge of basic machine automation will be an advantage
