Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer.
• Must have basic knowledge in Feed Mill equipment operation and maintenance.
• Must have demonstrated leadership skill.
• Must be good in oral and written communication.
• Must be computer literate and should have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint applications.
• Must uphold ethics and the company Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

Job description

The ProductionEngineer will be assigned in the following tasks:

• PE (Production Engineer) will operate and maintain the different equipment in Feed Milling operation and shall ensure the optimum operation and utilization of all equipment and utilities.
• Compliance to quality plans, policies and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure continuous operation and optimize efficiency of the plant. Make sure that all daily targets are met in conformance with quality standards.
• Ensure availability of Quality Feeds at the right time.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure 100% availability of equipment.
• Analyze data to further improve the overall performance of the Feed Mill plant.
• Record all data for analysis for further improvement of the plant and for future reference.
