Job summary

SUNJIN PHILIPPINES CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a shift production operator to run processing units in accordance with SOPs and safety analyses. You will monitor equipment, record events, and work to meet daily production goals during your shift.

You will generate written reports on notable events, complete shift records, and coordinate startups, shutdowns and changeovers while maintaining area cleanliness and ensuring products stay within specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operates processing units according to SOPs and job safety analysis.
• Generates written report of significant events that occurred during assigned shift and delivers to supervisor.
• Completes and submits all required shift records.
• Maintains housekeeping above and cleanliness of the area.
• Coordinates production startups, shutdowns and changeovers.
• Responsible to meet shift production goals.
• Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
• Inspect equipment or units to detect leaks and malfunctions, and monitor operating conditions - shutting equipment down if necessary.
• Monitor gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, or products to ensure that specified conditions are maintained.
