Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Antipolo is seeking an Engineer to monitor production performance, plan execution, run Time & Motion studies, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and PPIC to meet targets and improve productivity.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing operations or production engineering, a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production engineering.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding, or blow molding is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily production performance, output, quality, efficiency, machine utilization, OEE, material consumption, yield and scrap rates.
• Ensure production plans are implemented and targets are met per schedules and customer requirements.
• Conduct Time and Motion Studies to establish standard cycle times and optimize manpower utilization.

What You’ll Do:

• Production Performance Monitoring – Monitor and analyze daily production performance, output, quality, efficiency, machine utilization, OEE, material consumption, yield, and scrap rates to ensure KPI achievement.
• Production Planning & Execution – Ensure production plans are effectively implemented and production targets are achieved according to approved schedules and customer requirements.
• Time & Motion Studies – Conduct Time and Motion Studies to establish standard cycle times, optimize manpower utilization, identify process bottlenecks, and improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement – Analyze production data, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, material losses, process variances, and downtime.
• Process Documentation & Standards – Develop, review, and maintain production standards, work instructions, process documentation, and other procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, PPIC, and other support functions to ensure smooth production operations and timely resolution of production issues.
• Reporting & Operational Support – Prepare accurate and timely production performance reports and support plant objectives through effective communication, teamwork, accountability, and results-oriented execution.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production engineering. Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding, blow molding, production planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.
• Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; with knowledge of Time and Motion Studies (TMS) and Continuous Improvement tools.
