• Knowledge of print production, prepress processes, file preparation, color management, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Experience with project management and proofing tools (e.g., Monday.com, Lytho, Ziflow).
• Familiarity with Dropbox, Miro, and other collaborative workflow tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to balance creative design work with technical production requirements.
• Experience using macOS.
• Amenable to work Tuesday-Saturday, 6AM-3PM.
