This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets while collaborating with creative leadership, project supervisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual content for digital and print channels, including concept development, image and video creation, editing, and production.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the client's brand identity.
• Produce high-quality creative assets that meet channel-specific requirements and established design standards.
• Develop presentation templates and marketing and communication materials for internal and external use.
• Conceptualize visual themes and refine designs based on creative direction and feedback.
• Create cohesive design concepts across multiple channels, including advertising, print, web, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, project supervisors, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and non-design stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and professional team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related design field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in design and creative production, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, typography, and design quality.
• Knowledge of digital and print design standards and marketing communication practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual composition skills.
