Responsibilities

• Pack spicemix properly and according to product formulation.
• Weigh each component properly and verify the weighing scale daily.
• Ensure compliance with product requirements per formulation.
• Seal poly bags correctly and securely.
• Label polybags accurately and legibly.
• Arrange packed goods on crates or pallets.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Complete, update and file monitoring reports.
• Ensure compliance to GMP & SSOP programs.
• Ensure compliance to Safety program.

Job Description:

The Production Crew- Repacker primarily responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the standard process in weighing, sealing and re-bagging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pack spicemix properly and according to standard packaging based on Product Formulation.
• Weigh each component properly. Ensures weighing scale is daily verified before use.
• Ensures that all products are following the specific requirement based on their product formulation.
• Ensures sealing of each poly bag are properly done.
• Ensures correct label are placed on polybag.
• Place and arrange packed finished goods on a crate or pallet.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Ensures all monitoring reports are complete, updated and properly filed.
• Ensures consistent compliance to GMP & SSOP program.
• Ensures consistent compliance to Safety program.
