The crew works under supervision to maintain cleanliness, follow SOPs, and ensure biosecurity and safety standards across farm areas. High school graduate or higher is required; experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily farm operations such as feeding, cleaning, and handling of animals or crops.
• Follow SOPs for production, biosecurity, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of farm facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor animal health or crop condition and report abnormalities to the Farm Supervisor.
• Assist in harvesting, processing, packing, or transferring farm produce.
• Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely.
• Support inventory of feeds, supplies, and farm materials.
• Comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition, and healthcare.

Job Description:

The Farm Production Crew is a team of employees responsible for the operation of each area whichever is assigned. Collectively, they are responsible for performing a specific task; The Farm Production Crew in Sanitation or Hygiene is composed of the Hygiene Crew, Utility Crew, and Laundry Personnel, they are in charge for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas within the facility.
