FRONTKEN Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production/Operations Coordinator to help manage daily production schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of reports.
The role supports HSSE compliance, coordinates with workshop and onsite projects, and maintains accurate logs. It requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 1–3 years' experience, and strong Excel skills.
Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules and activities.
Prepare and update production meeting minutes and monitor work progress (PO vs. WIP, prioritization, and scope of work).
Ensure timely completion of service reports and inspection reports.
Monitor and verify daily activity log sheets.
Coordinate incoming items, production updates, and delivery schedules for both workshop and onsite projects.
Monitor trip tickets and delivery commitments to ensure on-time execution.
Maintain accurate production and document control records.
Support compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies.
Tasks or duties may be assigned by the immediate superior or the management.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any Business-related course.
1–3 years of relevant work experience in production, operations, or project coordination.
Knowledgeable in engineering processes and quality improvement.
Strong technical understanding of equipment and machinery is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Directly reporting to theWorkshop Lead and Engineering Lead
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits depending on project needs.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional overtime or weekend work based on project deadlines.
Health & Safety: Strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental guidelines while on-site or during inspections. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
