Job summary

GEMECO is a packaging company located in Metro Manila that manufactures tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables and other food products.

The Production Clerk will be assigned to the Production Department and will prepare, monitor, and update various production reports such as production monitoring, inventory reports, production schedules, and attendance records. Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and a four-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a four-year course graduate preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or related course.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel - Pivot Table, Vlookup.
• Must be systems oriented, team player.
• With positive work attitude, physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Production Clerk will be assigned at Production Department and will be in charge of preparing, monitoring and updating various production reports including production monitoring, inventory reports and production schedules.
• Monitoring of requested items and employees' attendance; maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely reporting and data accuracy.
