Job summary

GEMECO is a packaging company in the Philippines manufacturing tin cans for infant dietetics and other food products. The Cost Accounting Staff will support in cost transactions, monitor inventory, and prepare essential reports for the department.

The role follows a Monday to Friday compressed work schedule, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the cost accounting function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy/Accounting Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in accounting functions.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Systems oriented, highly analytical, and trustworthy.
• Positive work attitude and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

COST ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will provide support in various transactions and accounts involved in Cost Accounting Department. He/ She will conduct and monitor inventory of materials, goods and items and prepare reports needed by the department.

Requirements :

• Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy / Accounting Technology graduate or its equivalent

• Preferably with experience in handling accounting functions

• Proficient in computer application (accounting system - SAP and Excel )

• Must be systems oriented, highly analytical, and trustworthy

• With positive work attitude, team player
