Job summary

Celeraise in Metro Manila seeks a Production Team Leader Planning and Operations to align manufacturing with sales forecasts and market demand, develop and maintain production schedules, and ensure 5S and quality procedures are followed daily. The role requires strong planning and problem solving, supervising WIP, attendance, and daily production reports.

• Experience in the same field is required.
• Experience as production Team Leader Planning and operations is preferred.
• Graduation from any 4-year course is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to align production plans with customer needs and market demands.
• Schedule of WO per capacity.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Daily machine/mold troubleshooting and ensure machinery/equipment operate normally daily.
• Check and summarize the production daily report of workers.
• Monitor WIP and overall production flow.
• Monitor attendance of workers.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align production plans with customer needs and market demands
• Schedule of WO per capacity.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Daily machine / mold troubleshooting. Check whether the machinery and equipment are operating normally at work every day.
• Responsible for checking and summary the production daily report of workers.
• Responsible for monitoring of work -In -Process (WIP).
• Shall monitor the attendance of workers.
• Requiring strong planning, problem solving and communication skills and bridge production, procurement and management. Key duties include demand forecasting material release, inventory reconciliation, bottleneck resolution and reporting using ERP system to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Shall follow and observe the Quality Management Standard System procedure.
• Shall perform different assigned task from superior from time to time.
• Shall ensure that the area of responsibility maintained 5'S
• Shall follow the rules and regulation.
