Job Description

The Technician supports production operations by preparing materials, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring the maintenance and functionality of equipment. They handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Preparation & Maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain production materials and equipment for efficient operations.
• Production Line Support
  • Assemble goods, conduct quality checks, and ensure smooth production flow.
• Machinery Operations
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of packaging, processing, and utility equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing systems.
• Preventive Maintenance
  • Conduct preventive maintenance for bottling, SUP/Sachet line, and other equipment.
• Safety & Cleanliness
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and promote a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate with production staff to address repair needs and provide detailed reports on maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
