Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and productivity improvement.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
• Monitor production output to meet schedules and targets.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments to support production requirements.
• Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and production efficiency; ensure quality and safety.
• Analyze production performance and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Assist in investigating and resolving production issues and bottlenecks; support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare production reports and train, coach, and support production supervisors and team leaders.
