Your Role
Production and Repairs Administrative Support
- Creation of Manufacturing and repair Work orders.
- Completion and processing of completed work orders.
- Maintaining training records and matrix.
- Preparation of Quotations.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and job‑cost tracking in alignment with company procedures.
- New product introduction administration.
Expected Outcomes
- Accurate and timely raising of work orders.
- Accurate and timely completion of work orders.
- Well organised training documents.
- Accurate and timely quotations.
- Entry of purchase orders for approval.
- Creation of documents, project status updates and tracking of deliverables as part of new product introduction.
Warehouse and Shipping Administrative Support
- Creation of Commercial invoices for freight movement.
- Stocktake Administration.
- Stock transactions.
- Maintenance of Stores documentation.

Reporting Administration
- Creation and maintenance of reports needed to measure efficiency and compliance of the production teams.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones.
- High attention to detail, especially in documentation and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with digital workflow or operations tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross‑cultural stakeholders.
- Experience supporting logistics, scheduling, service delivery, or technical field teams.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate, compliant records.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to elevate issues appropriately.
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting dispersed teams.
