Job summary

YTS Services Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a systematic, tidy and organized person to support and manage our corporate gifts warehouse showroom in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role involves receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory.

You will handle stock, assist with samples for the sales team, and help keep the warehouse tidy and compliant with safety standards. No experience required; willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Tidy, systematic, responsible and proactive.
• Good time management; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to safely lift and move goods weighing 10–25kg.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Comfortable handling electronic gadgets.
• No experience required — willing to learn and commit.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and check items and quantities against delivery orders.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Check goods against order requirements; report defects, damage or shortages.
• Test products, including electronic gadgets, and help troubleshoot issues.
• Find and prepare product samples for the sales team.
• Organise and label stock; keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
• Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
