Job summary

Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation is seeking a Product Support Expert / Mobile Technician to assist customers with device repairs, troubleshooting, and aftersales concerns. You will inspect devices, explain repair steps, and maintain repair records while providing timely updates and excellent service.

You will promote OPPO smartphones, IoT products, and accessories to meet KPIs. Fresh graduates are welcome; technical/vocational background in electronics or IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Graduate of a technical/vocational course or related field; Electronics, IT, Computer Technology, or similar courses are an advantage.
• Experience in mobile/device repair, technical support, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• NC II TESDA certification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mobile devices, computer systems, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-oriented and willing to learn new technologies and products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with device repairs, troubleshooting, software updates, data backup, accessories, and aftersales concerns.
• Conduct basic device inspection and assessment before repair and explain repair procedures, risks, and turnaround time.
• Encode and maintain accurate customer and repair records in the Aftersales system.
• Provide timely updates and excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
• Promote and sell OPPO smartphones, IoT products, accessories, and aftersales services.
• Achieve assigned KPIs, including Repair Orders (RO), GMV, Per Unit Sellout, and accessory/IoT sales.
• Recommend appropriate products, accessories, repair services, and other solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper safekeeping of spare parts, handsets, accessories, and IoT products.
• Handle basic administrative and cash-handling tasks, including receipts, deposits, reimbursements, and documentation.
• Participate in required product, technical, sales, and development training programs.
• Perform other tasks or support other departments as assigned based on business needs.
