Job Summary

As a Product Success Specialist, you will guide prospective and new customers through their journey with MPM—from their first product demonstration to successfully using the software in their day‑to‑day operations.

This role combines product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and customer success. Rather than focusing on hard selling, your goal is to educate customers, understand their business processes, and demonstrate how MPM can help improve their payroll and accounting operations.

You will become an expert in both MPM Payroll and MPM Accounting while working closely with our product, implementation, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Explain payroll and accounting workflows using real business scenarios.
• Demonstrate how MPM Payroll and MPM Accounting help simplify day‑to‑day operations.
• Answer common product questions and recommend suitable solutions.

Customer Onboarding

• Assist new customers during their initial software setup.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Help customers complete their first successful payroll or accounting workflow.
• Ensure customers are confident using the system.

Customer Success

• Follow up with trial users and newly subscribed customers.
• Encourage product adoption by introducing useful features and best practices.
• Identify common customer challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Coordinate with the support and implementation teams when necessary.

Training & Education

• Conduct customer training sessions.
• Create simple product tutorials, FAQs, and demonstration materials.
• Continuously improve presentation materials based on customer feedback.

Product Improvement

• Gather customer feedback during demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
• Share customer insights with the product development team.
• Help improve the overall customer experience.
