Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years in Product Management or Product Development with auxiliary services.
• Strong knowledge of SSDLC and Agile Scrum/Waterfall principles.
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
• Proactive, with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication to engage and align stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong initiative and accountability.
• Understanding of industry market conditions; auxiliary services background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, to launch.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Act as liaison with stakeholders to align on direction, features, and priorities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with marketing and sales.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation and artifacts.
