Job summary

Jupiter Systems, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist who combines sales, marketing and technical skills to manage, promote and sell a product line including ERIC ERP and ERIC DMS. You will expand relationships with clients by supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the product.

You will work with Marketing to develop a long-term marketing strategy, including promotions, market and trend analysis to determine the product's position in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in product management, product marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system presentations for potential clients.
• Demonstrates assigned product line (ERIC ERP and/or ERIC DMS).
• Scopes and documents business requirements and identifies possible system modifications and enhancements.
• Provides product orientation to Account Managers and Marketing.
• Accompanies Account Managers to client meetings.
• Responsible for product development to improve product functions and provide additional benefits.
• Collaborates with Marketing for possible product promotion, branding and advertising.
• Markets research, account prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Conducts competitor research and product/market analysis.
• Performs other responsibilities as directed by management.
